1. Definitions

• Artist: Refers to the creator of the artwork offered for sale on this website.

• Artwork: Includes any original work of art created by the Artist, such as paintings, drawings, stickers, prints, cards.

• Buyer: Refers to any individual or entity purchasing Artwork from this website.

• Purchase: The transaction in which the Buyer acquires Artwork from this website.​​

2. Payment

​

• All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD).

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

• All sales are subject to applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping

​

• The Artist will ship the Artwork within 7 business days after receiving full payment.

• Shipping is facilitated through reputable carriers, and a tracking number will be provided to the Buyer.

• The Buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and any applicable customs fees or duties for international shipments.

• Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside the Artist's control.

4. Returns and Refunds

​

• Buyers may return Artwork within 7 calendar days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs.

• The Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance during transit. Refunds will be processed upon the safe return and inspection of the Artwork.

• Custom or commissioned Artwork is non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Artwork Representation

​

• The Artist warrants that all Artwork sold is original and created by the Artist.

• Due to variations in device displays, colors may differ slightly from how they appear online. The Artist makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee exact color representation.

6. Intellectual Property

​

• The Artist retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the Artwork, including sold pieces.

• Buyers are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Artwork without prior written consent from the Artist.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Artist shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase of Artwork, or any delays in shipping.

8. Privacy

​

• Personal information provided by Buyers is used to process orders and deliver Artwork, as well as email communication of a newsletter. For details, refer to the website’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

​

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

​

• These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the Buyer and the Artist regarding the purchase of Artwork. No oral or written statements outside of these Terms shall modify or amend this agreement.

11. Severability

​

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Amendments

​

• The Artist reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
